NEW Shows for Summer 
 

  Changes in NRB broadcast schedule to start July 6

Beginning Monday, July 6, 2009, viewers will have more reasons to tune in as NRB Network adds ten new shows for the summer season.    The channel expands its lineup each broadcast season as a part of an ongoing commitment to provide viewers with fresh, relevant programming.  Viewers of all ages will find something new this summer to entertain, educate and encourage.

Women’s

Women have several new shows to enjoy this summer.  First is Extraordinary Women, an encouraging and uplifting series with presentations by such well-known guests as Beth Moore, Kay Arthur, Jill Briscoe, Joni Eareckson Tada and Lisa Welchel.  Extraordinary Women can be seen on Mondays at 11:30 am ET.

Life Like No Other showcases testimonies from believers who have overcome hardships and trials.  Hosted by Ken and Sherry Ronsisvalle, the program airs on Tuesdays at 10:30 am ET. 

Hosted by author Robin Bertram and Amy Swoope, Freedom Today is a thought-provoking, contemporary talk show targeted to women that tackles the latest headlines from a Christian worldview and presents stories of triumph in Christ.  Viewers can tune in each Friday at 11:30 am ET. 

NOTE:  World Impact can now be seen on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 am ET.  Christie B may now be seen at 11:30 am ET on Wednesdays.

Kids

NRB Network is thrilled to present a new youth Bible study series called Amazing Adventures.  Hosted by Pastor Doug Batchelor, Amazing Adventures is geared toward kids ages eight to twelve and features illustrations suitable for young minds.  Kids can watch the show Saturday mornings at 10 am ET.  

NOTE:  Truth Quake (TQ) can now be seen on Saturday mornings at 11 am ET as well as each Tuesday through Thursday at 3:30 pm ET.

Family

New to Monday evenings is the A.R. Bernard News Magazine.  Hosted by Christian leader, author and motivational speaker, A. R. Bernard, the show features in-depth, faith-based discussions on contemporary topics.  Viewers can catch the program at 7:30 pm ET each Monday.

For parents, NRB Network introduces Christian Parenting. This informative series features interviews with experts on topics including parenting styles, child spirituality and peer pressure.  Christian Parenting airs on Tuesdays at 7 pm ET.  

Gospel of Life is an enlightening program that explores the issue of abortion from a Biblical perspective. Co-hosted by Janet Morana and Father Frank Pavone, Gospel of Life can be seen on Wednesdays at 6 pm ET.

News/Talk

America's largest Christian worldview conference brings its video series, Worldview Weekend, to NRB Network.  Each show features presentations by well-known Christian leaders, authors and pastors taped at rallies held across the United States.  Tune in to Worldview Weekend on Mondays at 11 pm ET. 

Church Services

Faith in Practice features the teaching of Christian leader, author and motivational speaker, A. R. Bernard, and is sure to nourish viewers’ souls.  The broadcast, which is an outreach of Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn, NY, can be seen on Sundays at 9:30 am ET. 

Viewers can start the week off right with Words of Life on Monday mornings at 12 am ET.  Words of Life features evangelistic messages and inspirational teachings from Dr. Jaerock Lee of Seoul, South Korea. 

NOTE:  The Alternative with Tony Evans can now been seen on Sunday nights at 11:30 pm ET.
